Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of Lana AI Companion ("Service"), an AI-powered companion for emotional support, available via Telegram bot @ask_lana_bot and the web application at asklana.neurohelp.pro.

1.2. By using the Service — including starting a conversation with the bot, making a payment, or accessing the web app — you agree to these Terms in full.

1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

1.4. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at asklana.neurohelp.pro/terms.html. Users will be notified of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Definitions

Service — Lana AI Companion, accessible via the Telegram bot @ask_lana_bot and the web application at asklana.neurohelp.pro.

Provider — Sole Proprietor Vitaly F. Gruver, the owner and operator of the Service.

User — any individual who has accepted these Terms and uses the Service.

AI Companion — a software product powered by artificial intelligence that conducts text-based conversations with the User via Telegram.

Subscription — paid access to premium features of the Service for a defined period.

Demo Access — a free 7‑day introductory period with expanded access, granted automatically to new Users.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1. The Provider grants the User access to Lana AI Companion — an AI‑powered service for emotional support and personal development, available via Telegram.

3.2. The Service is provided remotely through Telegram. No physical delivery of goods is involved.

3.3. All responses provided by the AI Companion are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. The Service offers the following plans:

4.2. New users receive a free 7‑day demo access with 30 messages per day. This is not a subscription plan — it is a one-time introductory period. After 7 days, access reverts to the Free plan.

4.3. Long-term memory is available on all plans, including Free.

4.4. Payment methods:

• International cards (Visa, MC, AMEX) — via LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record);
• Russian cards (MIR), SBP, YuMoney — via YooKassa;
• Telegram Stars — in-app payment within Telegram.

4.5. Subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

4.6. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. After the paid period expires, access reverts to the Free plan.

4.7. The Provider may change subscription pricing. Current prices are always displayed in the bot and on the website. Price changes do not affect already-paid periods.

5. Provider's Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Provider shall:

• maintain the Service with reasonable uptime, allowing for maintenance breaks;
• notify Users of planned maintenance in advance;
• process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
• respond to User inquiries within 10 business days.

5.2. The Provider may:

• modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time;
• suspend or terminate access for Users who violate these Terms;
• engage third-party subcontractors and cloud services.

5.3. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, including Telegram.

6. User's Rights and Obligations

6.1. The User shall:

• use the Service only for lawful purposes;
• not share account access with third parties;
• not use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content;
• not attempt to circumvent technical limitations;
• not use automated scripts or bots for mass messaging.

6.2. The User may:

• use the Service within the scope of the active plan;
• contact support for any questions;
• request deletion of personal data per the Privacy Policy;
• cancel the subscription at any time per Section 9.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All rights to the Service, including code, design, and algorithms, belong to the Provider.

7.2. The User retains all rights to the text of their messages sent to the AI Companion.

7.3. Copying, distributing, or publicly displaying elements of the Service without written permission is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

8.1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8.2. By accepting these Terms, the User consents to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.3. The User may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time by contacting support@neurohelp.pro.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1. The User may cancel the subscription at any time.

9.2. Refund amount is calculated proportionally: subscription cost divided by the number of days in the period, multiplied by the number of unused days.

9.3. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

9.4. To request a refund, contact support@neurohelp.pro.

9.5. Refund processing time: up to 10 business days for review, plus up to 10 business days for the transfer.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is." The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy or applicability of AI responses to the User's specific situation.

10.2. The Provider is not liable for:

• decisions made by the User based on information from the AI Companion;
• harm resulting from ignoring recommendations to seek professional help;
• service interruptions caused by Telegram or other third-party services;
• unauthorized access to the User's account due to the User's negligence.

10.3. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 30 days.

11. Term and Amendments

11.1. These Terms take effect upon acceptance and remain in force indefinitely.

11.2. The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days before changes take effect.

11.3. Continued use after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. The User may terminate at any time by stopping use of the Service and blocking the Telegram bot.

12.2. The Provider may terminate access without notice if the User violates these Terms, uses the Service illegally, or causes harm to others.

12.3. If terminated by the User, refund for the unused portion is handled per Section 9.

12.4. If terminated by the Provider due to violations, no refund is issued.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first.

13.2. Written complaints should be sent to support@neurohelp.pro. Response time: 10 business days.

13.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent court.

13.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. For international users, mandatory consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction may also apply.
