Refund Policy

Effective date: May 17, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Lana AI Companion — an AI‑powered companion for emotional support, available via Telegram (@ask_lana_bot).

2. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription proportionally.

Refund = Subscription price ÷ Days in period × Unused days

Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@neurohelp.pro
2. Include:
   • Your Telegram username or ID;
   • Date and amount of payment;
   • Reason for the request;
   • Payment receipt (if available).

Refund requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of payment.

5. Processing Time

• Review: up to 10 business days.
• Transfer: up to 10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Subscription Extension

As an alternative to a monetary refund, we may offer a free subscription extension. Accepting the extension is voluntary and does not waive your right to a monetary refund if declined.

7. LemonSqueezy Payments

For payments processed via LemonSqueezy (international cards), refunds are handled through LemonSqueezy's system. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Telegram Stars

In case of a Stars billing error, we can provide a subscription extension or documentation for Telegram support.

9. Account Deletion

Deleting your account does not forfeit your right to a refund for the unused subscription period. We recommend requesting a refund before deleting your account.

10. Disputes

We encourage resolving issues directly through support@neurohelp.pro — it's faster than a chargeback.

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first, we may provide transaction documentation to the bank and suspend account access during the review.
